"I want to report back on what has happened to me since our last session. Yesterday I was crying and depressed ALL DAY because I have no idea how to move out of this place I’m in and I am so tired of being scared and broke and staying small and feeling like I can’t even try to reach for my future.

AND THEN the clouds parted and the sun came in. I had a conversation with a friend and she offered me advice that she’d offered me before but I’ve never even allowed myself to consider or really hear. I know I was more receptive because of the session we had. Part of my emotional break was because I was seeing and accepting myself where I was but it’s that acceptance that left me open to being ready for change. At first I was defending my situation and trying to stay safe but something cleared and suddenly I was open to exploring options that I hadn’t allowed myself to consider. Like, yes I’m safe right now and I accept my current truth but I know this isn’t the only way. The trust in the universe that I was doubting suddenly showed up. Thank you so much for working with me!!! You are powerful at what you do and I know you’re going to help so many people live happier and more fulfilling lives!!!
