Grounding Guide

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when a painful memory enters your mind and stops you in your tracks, how a difficult conversation keeps replaying over and over and your brain gets so busy with coming up with 100s of possibilities of how it could have gone that you seem unable to do anything else, or how a stressful situation has you stuck, you feel frozen on a spot and can't think of anything else, while having hard time getting on with even the most mundane steps.

My guide is a gentle way of bringing your attention away from the racing thoughts back into your body and the here and now. It can stop the runaway train racing through your brain in its tracks and let you breathe more easily again. You can use it as a rescue remedy whenever your mind gets out of control, or when you need to prepare for a challenging situation.
