1. Coaching Services

- Our services are designed to provide personal development and wellbeing coaching. They do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

- You understand that coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your active participation and commitment.

- We reserve the right to decline or refer you to another professional if we feel coaching is not appropriate for your current needs.

2.Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

- All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full.

- Packages or block bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled within 6 months.

3.Confidentiality & Ethics

- All sessions are confidential, in line with the ethical standards of coaching and data protection law.

- The only exceptions to confidentiality are where there is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

- Notes may be kept for reflective practice and are stored securely in accordance with GDPR.

- You understand that coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, medical treatment, or legal advice.

- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

- You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions throughout the coaching process.
